 We are located right on the Chesapeake Bay with a view of the bay from each slip. Since Ingram Bay Marina is the closest marina to the best fishing and cruising on the Chesapeake bay, you will save both precious time and fuel.
Our deep water slips (6' MLW) and our entrance channel (10 ft. MLW) allow access for even the largest boats.

Captain Billy's Charters
 Billy Pipkin started the Charter Fishing business in 1987 and offers some of the best fishing and cruising on the Chesapeake Bay and in Virginia Beach.
Capt. Billy is tournament tested with a long history of winnings, and his cruises, tours and speaking engagements are complimented by his great personality .
Captain Billy's "Liquid Assets II " vessel blends the proven Chesapeake Bay design with the most modern materials and equipment available and enhances it with a simple, yet elegant interior that accommodates both family and corporate clientele.
The "Liquid Assets II" is U.S. Coast Guard certified for up to 41 passengers.
